As a Mortgage Loan Originator representing Windsor Federal Savings, you will continually work to expand your referral network by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with these sources. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
• Extensive mortgage origination experience (4 - 7 years)
• Proven sales ability with a strong track record of past mortgage lending sales success
• Highly developed customer service and oral and written communications skills
• Mortgage product knowledge to include conventional, portfolio, and government loans
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and personal computers
• Full understanding of secondary market guidelines and regulatory requirements
